How much would this part cost?
To receive an accurate quote, please attach your design files. We strongly prefer .STEP files for their superior quality and detailed data. .STL, .OBJ or 3mf files are also accepted. In your message, don't forget to specify the total quantity required for each part (e.g., "Part A - Qty: 5"). We look forward to helping you create!

Can we recreate physical broken parts?
Need a digital model of an existing object? We offer precise 3D scanning and reverse engineering services. Simply ship or schedule a drop off of your physical part to our location Cambridge Ontario location.
Custom Design from Drawings: We can also create CAD models from your handmade drawings with provided dimensions.
Design lead times vary from 1 day to 3 weeks, depending on complexity. We're committed to working closely with you to meet your project needs!

Are there free files available online?
Finding a 3D printing file for a specific object is easier than you think! The most common file type for 3D printing is an "STL" file. To find what you're looking for, we recommend searching on Google with the part name and adding "STL file" to the end. For example: "phone holder STL file."

How Do You Accept Payment?
Here are our accepted methods of Payment.
E-transfer: You can send transfer directly to contact@technoprints.ca.
Credit Card: Once the estimate is accepted, we will send an invoice link through wave apps which can be paid via all major credit cards, and a 3% processing fee will be applied to these transactions.
Purchase Orders (POs): We're happy to process orders via POs.
Bank transfer: We accept bank transfers
Cheque: Please make cheques payable to TechnoPrints 3D Printing and Design
Cash: Cash payments are also accepted (Local Pickup Only)

How soon should I expect a reply from your team?
We typically respond within 12 hours. Monday through Friday 9am-5pm EST.

How soon could you 3D print parts?
Our FDM service creates durable parts from a wide range of thermoplastic materials. We offer both Standard and Expedited Printing options to meet your deadlines. Lead times vary: some smaller jobs can be completed within a day, while larger quantities or complex parts may take weeks.
Experience industrial-grade SLS printing for strong, complex, and highly detailed parts with excellent surface finish. Choose between our Standard or Expedited Printing services. Project completion can range from within a week for small batches to weeks for high quantities, depending on complexity. -
How do you price projects?
Our pricing is determined by several key factors: the material chosen (for both FDM and SLS technologies), the total quantity of parts, and the complexity of your design.
